What to Expect

  1. Meet your Care Coordinator

    Once you’re enrolled in Interconnect and have signed your electronic consent form, your dedicated Care Coordinator will reach out to explain how Interconnect can help.

  2. Explore coverage assistance

    Your Care Coordinator will help you understand your insurance benefits and coverage assistance options.

  3. Understand prescription delivery

    Your Care Coordinator will work with the appropriate specialty pharmacy to process and ship your Intercept treatment right to your home. The specialty pharmacy will contact you to confirm delivery details, and you will typically receive your initial prescription of your Intercept treatment within 3 to 4 weeks.

  4. Coordinate refills

    Your Care Coordinator will help you understand how to refill your Intercept treatment and explain how your specialty pharmacy will communicate with you.

Ongoing Support

As you continue treatment, Interconnect can continue to help with:

  • Any changes in your health insurance or coverage
  • Educational materials that you need to support your treatment journey
  • Answering questions that come up along the way
